Don’t rely on social media unless it’s current. A lot of people leave their location outdated on purpose.

Local newspapers sometimes have digital archives you can search for past legal notices or court decisions.

Sometimes people forget they used their phone number on public accounts like Venmo.

I use public data check casually. It’s not perfect but it’s fine if you temper expectations.

In PA the UJS portal is your best bet. It’s clunky but gives you docket sheets and court summaries.

I feel like Infotracers just scraping low tier sources now. Doesn’t feel premium at all anymore.
