Sometimes sending a letter to the last known address with return service requested will get you their forwarding info from USPS.

Don’t forget FOIA requests. Takes longer but you can get a surprising amount of info legally and for free.

You can always send a message asking them to confirm they still use the number. Just keep it short and respectful.
