Seminole Credit Repair Reviews?

I’ve been on a mission to clean up my credit over the past year and came across a company called Seminole Credit Repair during my search. They seem to be based in Florida and advertise a pretty straightforward approach to credit repair, but I can’t find many detailed reviews from real people who’ve used their services.

Before I reach out to them, I wanted to ask:
Has anyone here worked with Seminole Credit Repair or know someone who has? I’m hoping to get a sense of how effective they are, how they treat their clients, and whether they deliver on what they promise. I’m especially curious about things like communication, pricing transparency, and actual results (not just generic “we help you boost your score” claims).

I’ve been burned before by a company that made big promises and didn’t follow through, so I’m just trying to be cautious this time. I’m not looking for miracles just honest help from a service that knows what they’re doing.

Used Seminole Credit Repair for about 6 months last year. They were super responsive in the beginning—weekly updates, clear plan, etc but things got slow around month 4. They did manage to remove 2 collections which bumped my score by 47 points. Decent results but be prepared to stay on top of them.

Honestly i'm skeptical of any credit repair company that claims to fix your credit without teaching you how to actually manage it. That said my cousin worked with Seminole and said they were upfront and didn’t overpromise. Just verify everything before you sign.

They helped me remove a late payment from my student loan report. Communication was solid.....email + text updates, no fluff. Pricing was around $100/month with no upfront fee which seemed fair. I’d say they underpromise and kinda overdeliver which is rare in this space.

I reached out to them but didn’t go forward. They gave me a free consultation and i liked that they didn’t immediately push for signup. They explained what they couldn’t do as much as what they could. That honesty is why i’m still considering them.

Credit repair feels like the wild west. But Seminole seemed more organized than others i contacted. My neighbor used them and said they got a 70-point jump in 4 months mostly from removing medical debts.

Can confirm they don’t ghost you after payment like some other places (cough Lexington cough). You’ll need patience though results took 90+ days. Worth it if you’re not expecting miracles overnight.

I went with them in January. They reviewed my report for free and told me straight up that I didn’t need them..that most of my issues were DIY fixable. That kind of honesty won my respect.

Be careful. No matter how smooth a company seems, get everything in writing. My co-worker used Seminole and it worked out okay but he had to keep calling to get updates. No harm done just annoying.

I’m actually still with them! Been 3 months and already had 1 charge-off deleted. They’re slow to respond to emails but faster on WhatsApp weirdly. I’ll update again in a few months.

Honestly your best bet is to treat credit repair like personal training. A coach helps but u do the lifting. Seminole was like that for me kept me accountable but didn’t do everything. Still helped raise my score from 560 to 630 tho!

Not a client but i called them and asked a bunch of annoying questions. The rep didn’t rush me, explained credit laws, and even pointed me to a free resource. Rare level of chill.

Friend of mine paid for their advanced disputes package. Said they were decent but don’t expect them to fix everything magically. If you’ve got open collections that’s still on you to handle.

A lot of their work seems to revolve around disputing items just make sure they’re not sending frivolous disputes. That can backfire. Ask about their strategy before committing.

Seminole is actually one of the few i didn’t feel scammed by. They didn’t erase all my problems but they helped me understand my report better. Sometimes that’s worth the fee on its own.

So you’re telling me people pay to dispute stuff they could do themselves for free? its wild. But hey if it keeps you on track, more power to you.

I recommend asking for a written breakdown of fees + services. I remember a buddy saying they had a monthly fee and a per-deletion cost, which can add up fast if you’re not tracking it.

I got burned by a different Florida based repair service last year so i feel your caution. If Seminole is local to you try visiting their office. That always gives me more peace of mind.

Always remember deleting stuff isn’t always the same as fixing credit. Lenders look at history, utilization, and depth. Seminole helped clean a few errors but i still had to build new accounts to really boost my score.

I used them after a divorce wrecked my credit. They handled it with empathy, didn’t upsell me and explained stuff like i wasn’t a child. Got 2 collections removed took about 3 months.
