Credit Repair Boss? Looking for Honest Feedback

Has anyone here worked with or heard much about Credit Repair Boss? I came across them while researching different credit repair options, and they seem to market themselves as being pretty hands-on and results-driven.

I’ve been trying to rebuild my credit after a tough stretch, and I’m finally in a place where I want to do things the right way. That said, I’ve been burned before by companies that promise the world and barely lift a finger, so I’m trying to be more cautious this time around.

If anyone has personal experience with Credit Repair Boss positive or negative I’d really appreciate your input. How was their communication? Did you actually see improvements to your credit report? Was the pricing fair and upfront?

I actually used Credit Repair Boss for about six months last year. Communication was solid mostly email with monthly check-ins. They removed two collections and a late payment. I wouldn’t call it miraculous, but it was better than Lexington Law. Pricing was clear, but a bit on the high side.

Yo i worked with them for 3 months and dipped. They started strong but then slowed down hard. Like i was hyped up at first but the results didn’t match the energy. Might work better for people with a ton of negative items, idk.

Used them for 4 months. My score went up 30 pts, but honestly, most of that was from me paying down a credit card. Their dispute strategy felt cookie-cutter. Not terrible, but not magical either

They’re decent if you know absolutely nothing about credit. But you’re better off learning how to send dispute letters yourself.......it’s cheaper and more empowering. CRB’s biggest value is convenience not miracles.

I needed serious help (like low 500s serious). They were kind and didn’t make me feel dumb, which I appreciated. They got a repo off my report in 5 months, which I didn’t think was possible. So yeah, I’m pro-CRB.

Not a fan. Felt like i was just paying for someone to send me pre-written letters. Customer service was friendly but vague. I canceled after 2 months. If you're looking for real strategy might not be the best fit.

I had a solid experience with them. My Experian score jumped 70 pts in 4 months. They explained every step and even helped me open a secured card.

Wait someone actually got results with these guys? i’ve tried two different companies (including CRB) and they all just made promises. I feel like the whole industry’s a scam tbh.

Have you tried pulling your credit reports and going line by line? Most of these companies just dispute stuff you could dispute yourself for free. Not knocking CRB in particular just the biz model.

Credit Repair Boss helped me get a judgment removed. I’m still not sure how they did it, but it worked. I kept records of everything. Keep your expectations realistic and follow up a lot.

Bro CRB talks a big game. I signed up in Jan. It’s now June and ONE thing got removed. Not worth the $129/mo imo. I'm switching to DIY and YouTube tutorials.

CRB was okay for me. Removed two old charge-offs. Took like 90 days. They do what they say, but it ain’t fast. If you’re impatient you’ll hate it lol.

I didn’t use them personally but my boyfriend did and got 2 deletions. They refunded one month when nothing happened which was cool.

I actually used Credit Repair Boss about a year ago. I was skeptical at first, but they were surprisingly responsive. Got regular updates and my score jumped about 70 points in 6 months. Not miracle workers but definitely not scammers either.

Been there, burned by the delete your bankruptcies in 30 days crowd. I’ve heard of CRB but never tried them. Honestly DIY with Credit Karma and dispute letters worked better for me. Cheaper too.

Used them briefly. Communication was solid at the start, but started tapering off after the second month. Some negative accounts got removed but i expected more based on the hype. Not a total scam just... meh

They helped my cousin clean up her report after an ugly divorce. Took about 5 months and she was able to lease a car again without a co-signer. That’s a W in my book.

Had a consult call with them. Very professional. Not pushy at all, and they actually recommended i hold off because some negatives were about to age off anyway.

They’re not bad. I used them for 4 months saw a 50-point increase, and then stopped to save money. I still use the credit education resources they sent me. It’s decent if you’re busy or don’t want to DIY.
