Credit Repair Company for Sale

My credit repair company up for sale and wanted to see if there’s any interest here before listing it elsewhere.

The business is fully operational and includes everything you need to take over and start generating revenue right away site, branding, CRM system, dispute letter templates, automation tools, and client management platform. It’s perfect for someone looking to enter the credit repair space without starting from scratch.

We’ve got a small, active client base and a steady stream of leads coming in from past marketing efforts. There’s also a ton of room for growth if you want to ramp things up with paid ads, local outreach, or affiliate partnerships.

Sounds like a turnkey operation. Out of curiosity, what are your monthly overhead costs? I’ve been looking to get into the credit repair niche, but most of what i’ve seen seems sketchy or overpriced. Yours actually sounds reasonable if the CRM and automations are legit. How long have you had the company running? Would love to know more about client churn and how warm those leads actually are.

Bro this is tempting ngl........i've been stuck in analysis paralysis trying to start a credit repair biz from scratch. If everything's bundled and ready, that’s huge. You mind sharing how you handled compliance and licensing? That part always trips me up when looking at this industry. If it’s all sorted, I might shoot you a DM.

Okay but why are you selling though? You say it's got a client base, solid systems, automation, and even leads coming in. So why walk away from a steady revenue machine? Not saying it's shady, but it’s Reddit gotta ask the tough questions. Full transparency might actually help you find a buyer faster here.

Do the dispute letter templates come pre-tested or are they generic? I’ve seen way too many copy-paste templates that don’t hold up anymore under current FCRA scrutiny. If your system includes actual logic trees and not just Dear TransUnion letters, then that’s a major value add. Also curious if you integrated with Zapier or anything else?

I’ve bought and sold a couple of online businesses, and this sounds like a decent package for a first-time entrepreneur. That said, valuation is everything. Are you looking for 2x profit? 3x? Or are you open to a revenue share model where the buyer pays less upfront but gives you a slice of future earnings? I’ve seen that work well in niche service markets like this.

Respectfully credit repair businesses are a hard sell right now unless they have bulletproof compliance. Are you bonded and licensed in states that require it? And does the CRM support secure document uploads? Just asking because the FTC has been cracking down on shady ops lately. Not trying to be a buzzkill, just cautious.

As someone who's been in this industry 10+ years, the most valuable thing here is your automation. If your CRM has logic-based dispute workflows and lead nurturing sequences, you’ve got gold. Leads are nice, clients are better, but automation is what makes it scale. If you're open to demoing the backend, that might spark real offers.

Not my lane, but I’m tagging my cousin. He’s obsessed with credit repair and has been toying with launching something similar. He’s more of a backend guy though not big on branding. If your assets are clean and include the logo, site, and templates, this might be ideal for him.

I tried running a credit repair company in 2018. Things were going well until I got overwhelmed with support and backend ops. If you’ve got solid SOPs in place, that’s worth its weight in gold. Mind sharing if you’ve got training docs or videos included in the package?

This would be amazing for someone trying to bolt-on services to an existing tax or financial consulting business. Lead gen for credit repair can be rough unless you already have a funnel so if the new buyer gets your past campaigns or access to your pixels that’s a big bonus.

Honestly this is the best way to get into credit repair buying a running biz. I wasted months on LLC setup, website dev, CRM testing, and never even launched. If i had just bought something turnkey, I’d have made money instead of spending it. Hope someone snags this!

A friend of mine bought a biz like this last year....similar setup. But turns out half the automations were broken, and the leads were cold AF. Make sure to verify the backend if you're interested. Don’t just go by screenshots. Ask for a Loom video or live walkthrough.

Do you handle student loan dispute workflows too or just credit card/collections? That’s a huge niche right now. If you’ve got segment-specific templates, that could justify a higher price tag.

If you’re not selling the LLC itself just the assets, that’s way easier logistically. Especially for someone in another state. But heads up to potential buyers: transferring the tech stack is still a beast. Make sure the seller helps with onboarding and DNS migrations.

I run a similar biz and can vouch: the margins can be insane if you run lean. Just make sure you’re not tied to one software provider you want flexibility. If this includes a proprietary system or custom CRM, i’d be interested.

Would you be willing to share anonymized P&L statements or monthly recurring revenue metrics? I get that it’s a casual post, but serious buyers will want at least high-level financials before moving forward.

I’ve seen businesses like this go for 15–20K on Flippa depending on recurring revenue. If you price this right and show off the automation, you might not need to list it elsewhere. Reddit has some serious buyers lurking.

I’m intrigued. Been working as a loan processor and thinking about pivoting to something more independent. I already understand the credit system and dispute process. DMing you now.

Is this a US-based business only or could it work for people in Canada or the UK too? Credit repair laws vary wildly so just want to check. I have a few clients in both regions.
