Landmark Credit Repair

Looking into a few credit repair companies and came across Landmark Credit Repair. Their site looks professional and they seem to offer a range of services but I’m always a little cautious before handing over my personal info or money. Has anyone here actually worked with them? Were they transparent about pricing and timelines?. I’d love to hear any honest feedback or personal experiences good or bad

I signed up with Landmark back in 2022. They did help me remove 3 collections, but it took about 5 months, and communication wasn’t always the best. Pricing was kinda vague at first you have to ask directly. Not a scam, but not miracle workers either.

Honestly, their website looks slick but that means jack these days. I’d rather judge based on results. Anyone can throw up testimonials and pretty landing pages. Did they actually boost anyone’s credit more than Credit Karma’s DIY tips?

Landmark helped my cousin clear some identity theft stuff that had lingered for YEARS. They were super patient and explained the process upfront. Price wasn’t cheap, but the results were worth it for her peace of mind.

I got cold feet right after the consultation. They seemed pushy about signing a monthly plan.... almost felt like a gym membership pitch. Anyone else feel that?

They quoted me $129/month and said results could take 3–6 months but wouldn't guarantee anything in writing. That gave me red flags. I want transparency, not vague timelines.

They did clean up my credit report, but it wasn’t fast. Took 8 months and lots of follow-ups. You have to stay on top of them. If you’re lazy about it, you won’t see much change.

Not gonna lie, i thought it was a scam at first too. But they were actually legit with me. Got one charge-off removed and a late payment adjusted. Small wins but i’ll take it.

I used them alongside my own disputes via USPS and honestly, MY disputes got quicker results. Landmark wasn’t useless but i wouldn't rely on them alone. They’re more of a helper not a savior.

Yo, if you're about to pay someone $100+/mo, at least compare it to apps like SmartCredit or even Lexington Law. Landmark is okay, but overpriced for what they do IMO.

I got ghosted after 2 months in. Sent them docs and then… nada. Had to threaten a BBB complaint before they reached back. Got a refund but still, super annoying.

We used Landmark for my husband’s credit..... they were patient and explained stuff clearly. Took 5 months but they got 2 charge-offs removed. Worth it for us.

I’m skeptical of any company that makes it sound like they can erase bad credit. Credit repair works but it’s slow and needs YOU to be involved too.

Omg yes i used them! They were SO nice on the phone, and my score went up 112 points in 4 months. I cried y’all. I can finally qualify for a car without a co-signer.

Landmark isn’t the worst, but they aren’t a miracle either. You still need to pay off balances, manage utilization, etc. They’re good for cleaning up errors, not fixing your habits.

They were clear with me about the cost $99 set-up and $89/mo after. They even paused billing for a month when i lost my job. That kindness meant a lot.

vIf you have medical debt or old collections, they can help. But student loans and new lates? Don’t expect miracles. I learned that the hard way.

They helped my teen son build credit. Started him on a secured card and walked us through the steps. Really kind and not judgey at all.
