Used 123 Credit Restoration? Looking for Answers

Exploring some options to help clean up my credit and came across a company called 123 Credit Restoration. Their website looks promising and they seem to offer a range of services like credit dispute assistance, credit monitoring, and general score improvement but I haven’t been able to find many honest, detailed reviews.
Before I jump into anything, I wanted to ask the community: Has anyone here actually worked with 123 Credit Restoration? If so, what was your experience like?
Did they help you see real results on your credit report? Were they transparent about the costs and timeline?

I used them for about 4 months last year. They did help remove some collections and an old medical bill but it wasn’t magic. Took time and I had to follow up a few times to stay on top of things. Results were slow but steady.

Honestly i side-eye every credit repair company until i see receipts. These guys say they do disputes and monitoring but so does Credit Karma + doing it yourself... for free. What’s their unique edge?

I had a decent experience. They were transparent about pricing $99 setup then $89/month. Got a 38-point boost over 6 months. But you still need to manage your utilization and payments. They’re not wizards, just helpers.

Jumped in out of desperation tbh. My score was in the low 500s. After 8 months with them, I’m sitting at 625. I did most of the legwork though (paid off debt, became an AU). So idk how much was them vs me.

Watch out! Some of these services just blast the same dispute letters to the bureaus. That worked for me… until the deleted stuff came back 6 months later

Had a phone consult with them. They were polite but kept pushing me toward the higher-tier Accelerated plan. Felt more salesy than consultative. i dipped before signing anything.

Used them in combo with budgeting and secured card strategies. They helped clear 2 inaccurate collections, so yeah worth the price for me. But I also didn’t expect miracles.

Dude just write your own dispute letters. Tons of templates online. 123 Credit Restoration charges you for stuff you can literally do from your couch in pajama pants.

They deleted 4 negative accounts off my report, including an old payday loan i definitely didn't owe. Took 5 months. Communication could’ve been better but i got results.

I didn’t use them, but my cousin did. He said they were okay until he tried to cancel. Took 3 phone calls and a strongly worded email

Tried Lexington Law first, switched to 123 Credit Restoration after seeing their ads. 123 was more responsive, IMO. Monthly updates, personalized action plans..not bad. Score went from 580 to 654 in 7 months.

Just dropping in to say: make sure they’re compliant with CROA (Credit Repair Organizations Act). A legit company should NOT charge you upfront or promise specific score improvements.

They did help me but i had to stay on top of them. Weekly calls. Kept a spreadsheet. It’s not a set it and forget it deal. Be proactive if you’re gonna use them.

Why pay $1,000+ over a year when you can call the credit bureaus yourself? I did 3 disputes solo and got 2 removals in a month. Zero dollars spent.

Not gonna lie, i signed up because their website looked clean and professional. That said, i canceled after 2 months because there was zero movement. Maybe i was too impatient?

As a single mom rebuilding after divorce, i needed help. 123 CR was good about explaining things in simple terms and walking me through the process. Gave me hope, even though it took time.

Yes i used them. No they weren’t shady. But also not magical. I saw real results after month 4. That’s when 3 collections vanished. Still keeping an eye to make sure they don’t reappear.
