Creditfix Number

I’m trying to get in touch with Creditfix regarding an existing account and had some trouble finding a reliable phone number. Their site has a few contact options, but I just wanted to double-check in case anyone here has recently spoken with them and knows the correct customer service number to call.

Also, if you've dealt with their support team before how was the experience? Quick to respond? Helpful?

Just called them last week. The number I used was 0808 2080 305 .... worked fine. Took about 10 minutes to get through, but once I did, the advisor was surprisingly chill and helpful. They sorted out my repayment issue without much back-and-forth. Definitely more pleasant than I expected.

I tried calling that number and got stuck in the Press 1 for this, press 2 for that loop forever. Ended up hanging up and messaging them on Facebook instead ...... they replied in about an hour. Honestly, companies should make it easier to talk to an actual human!

I’ve contacted them through the app and got a callback within 24 hours. Way less hassle than waiting on the phone like it’s 2003. If you’re already a client, I suggest using the app first. Also, they don't work Sundays, which caught me out.

Can confirm: 0808 2080 305 is still active as of Tuesday. I had a missed payment and was panicking but the rep was super understanding. Not pushy at all. Genuinely felt like they were trying to help, not shame me into paying more.

Honestly i gave up trying to reach them via phone. Their online portal was buggy AF for me, and I just wanted to confirm my balance. Emailed them instead, and got a response in 3 days. Not ideal, but it worked.

I spoke to them last month during lunch break. The line was busy, but once I got through, the support agent (shoutout to Georgia!) was super kind and explained everything really clearly. No jargon. Just facts and options. Respect

Is it weird that I enjoyed talking to their support? I expected robotic replies but the guy I got was funny, casual, and knew his stuff. Even joked about saving me from my Amazon addiction. Good vibes.

I had a hard time getting a straight answer via phone. They kinda danced around things. But once I logged into the online account and used their message center, it was all sorted pretty quickly. Just be persistent.

Why do they have 3 different numbers listed depending on where you look? One on the site, one on TrustPilot, one on Google. Confusing AF. I ended up calling all three until I got someone. Spoiler: it’s the 0808 one.

They were okay, I guess. Polite enough but took a bit to get to the actual solution. Like, five minutes of security checks for something simple. But hey, better than being too lax with account info. So... 7/10?

I DM’d them on Twitter when I couldn’t find a good number. Shockingly, they replied within a few hours and gave me the right line to call. Didn’t expect social media to be the fastest option, but here we are.

They actually picked up faster than Virgin Media, which is saying a lot. Once I explained what I needed, they emailed me a PDF with everything. Honestly impressed.

I tried the phone route, but their hold music made me want to jump out the window. Ended up hanging up and just waited for their email team to get back. They did... eventually.

Support was helpful, but I did have to wait about 25 mins during peak hours (lunch time). I called to confirm my final payment details. Once connected, the agent sorted it and sent written confirmation too. Not bad.

They were super sweet on the phone when I called after a missed payment. I was expecting lectures but the lady I spoke to just walked me through my options like a human being. So appreciated that.

I found their number via an old email. They don’t advertise the existing client line very clearly. I think it was 0141 565 1300? Might be Scotland-based, but it worked for me when the 0808 one didn’t.

I was freaking out over a missed payment and they calmed me down real fast. Didn’t shame me, didn’t rush. Felt like I was talking to a mate who actually gave a crap. Respect to their support team that day.
