I tried them in 2021. They got one collection removed, but also disputed stuff that wasn’t incorrect and it just came back verified.
That felt pointless
I worked with Credit Saint and they were actually pretty solid. Pricey, yeah but they got 5 negatives off my report in 3 months. Still gotta do the credit building part myself though.
Bro Wells Fargo and data breaches go together like peanut butter and lawsuits. 😒 i’d assume something shady happened and they r doing damage control. Sign up for the monitoring but stay alert.
I actually run a credit repair agency legally. We work under CROA guidelines and use dispute processes with documentation. You can make good money...but u have to play by the rules.
I used Bluegrass Credit Repair about 2 years ago. They're small but they worked WITH me, not just for me. Set up a plan explained everything, didn’t make any wild promises. My score went from 540 to 680 in about 9 months
I moved to Roanoke last year and picked First Community Bank. Surprisingly personal service. They remembered my name after one visit. Try getting that from BOA
For those asking, this is over alleged data mishandling around 2021. If u used Cash App Investing, you might qualify. Filing deadline was March 2024 though.
APY = Annual Percentage Yield. It’s how much interest you’ll earn in a year taking compounding into account. So 4.5% APY means if u put $1,000 in, you’ll have about $1,045 after a year.
Yup i filed my claim yesterday. If u had a Cash App account between 2018-2022, you're probably eligible. I just had to enter my email and some basic info. it probably took 3 minutes.
Have you looked into Lake Michigan Credit Union? They offer 3% on their Max Checking if u meet some easy requirements like 10 transactions/month. Pretty unbeatable tbh
Used both. TurboTax is more user friendly but it nickel and dimes you. TaxSlayer is cheaper but expect to Google stuff if your taxes aren't super simple
