CT fam, my credit score is stuck in the mud, and I gotta get it movin to get better rates on car insurance. Debating DIY credit repair or hiring a service.

Anyone in Connecticut tackled this on their own? What resources or tools helped you out? Or did you go pro and hire a credit repair service? Did that pay off for lowering your car insurance premiums?
