I had success with Lexington Law’s national service, even while living in Kirkwood
Yes, they received that CFPB fine in 2019, but they revamped processes
They removed three medical collections and one 30-day late, total score gain 75 points across bureaus
Monthly fee $99 plus a one-time case setup fee
Communication was all phone calls and a portal; wait times were tolerable
Not Atlanta-specific but they serve here
Good option if you want brand stability over local boutique firms.

Do you mind sharing the address you sent your letters to? How long did Hyundai ultimately take to help you out?
