struggling with National Credit Systems – any advice?

i am in a tough spot with National Credit Systems and i’m hoping someone here has dealt with something similar. i had an old apartment balance go into collections and it's been sticking to my credit reports for over a year. Out of nowhere, i managed to get it removed from my TU report through a dispute but its still holding on tight to my EX and EQ reports. also I’ve tried disputing but they keep verifying the debt. In a moment of frustration i called NCS directly and tried negotiating a pay for delete but they flat-out refused

Thats definitely frustrating since NCS wont budge on pay-for-delete so try sending a goodwill letter or negotiate a settlement for a lower amount. Also keep an eye on your credit reports bcz sometimes persistent disputes with different reasoning can shake things loose.
