I actually used Brightside earlier this year. They managed to get two late payments removed and one charge-off updated to paid. It took around 3 months to start seeing any movement, so be patient. Customer service was okay not amazing but they responded eventually. I’d say it was worth it if...

One weird trick is to get a personal card with killer cashback and just use it exclusively for biz expenses. Keep it clean. Label it as business in your mind and you get 90% of the benefits without needing a business card.
