Rapido Credit Repair?

If anyone here has used Rapido Credit Repair? I’ve been working on cleaning up my credit over the past few months, and while I’ve made some progress on my own, I’m considering getting a little professional help to speed things up.

Rapido came up in a few ads and search results, and the name’s kind of catchy but I’m cautious. I’ve heard way too many stories of credit repair companies overpromising and underdelivering, so I figured I’d check here before reaching out to them.

A few questions if you've worked with them:
  • Were they transparent about what they can and can’t do?
  • Did you see actual results (like deletions or score improvements)?
  • How long did it take to see progress?
  • Were there any shady practices or hidden fees?

Used Rapido for a few months earlier this year. They were upfront about what they could and couldn't do. I didn’t get magical 100 point jumps but they did help remove an old collection that i’d failed at disputing. Took about 45 days to see the first result. Not a miracle service but not shady either.

I reached out to them after seeing an Instagram ad. Honestly, they were pushy. Felt like a sales funnel more than a credit repair company. They offered a “free consultation” but spent most of the call upselling. Walked away before signing anything.

My score went from 590 to 648 over 3 months, but to be fair, I was also paying down cards aggressively. Rapido did get two late payments deleted that I had already disputed once myself. They weren’t shady but i felt like i paid for stuff I might’ve managed on my own.

Yeah they were pretty honest. Told me straight up that bankruptcies and some stuff over 7 years old might not budge. No fake promises. But their communication was kind of weak....delays in responses and updates. That bugged me.

They got one thing off my report, but then tried to enroll me in this monthly credit building program i didn’t sign up for. Had to call twice to cancel it. So… mixed feelings. Slight progress but not without the hassle.

if you're already seeing progress on your own i’d say keep going. I’ve used Rapido and two other companies in the past, and honestly DIY with a little help from Reddit or YouTube might be just as effective.

Rapido helped me clean up my report after a divorce ruined my credit. Super empathetic reps, no pressure tactics. Took about 2 months to see a difference. Not a huge score jump, but enough to get approved for a low-limit card again. Progress is progress.

Their website looks a little too clean like a tech startup trying to fix credit with vibes alone . I didn’t get scammy vibes but didn’t trust it enough to sign up either. Anyone else get Silicon Valley energy from them?

Rapido was okay but you have to manage your expectations. They’re not magicians. If you’ve got collections from 2023 and just stopped paying they won’t vanish overnight. It’s a grind even with help.

Yooo i’m using Rapido right now. They got two charge-offs removed in 6 weeks. I was honestly shocked. Communication was solid and they gave me weekly updates. No shady vibes so far but i’ll keep you posted.

Bro i swear these credit repair companies are like gym memberships. You sign up with all this hope and enthusiasm, and then... nothing. Rapido wasn’t the worst but it also wasn’t worth $129/mo for me.

They helped my cousin clean up her credit enough to get a car loan. Took 4 months but she went from the low 500s to 640. No fraud no sketchy auto-pay stuff. Seems legit from that angle.

Honestly i’m just happy they didn’t ghost me. I’ve had that happen with two other credit repair places. Rapido at least responded to emails even if it took a few days.

I asked them how they handle disputes and they mentioned Metro 2 compliance stuff. Sounds fancy but it just means they know how to format letters better than we do. Might be worth it if you don’t have time to DIY.

Rapido gave me a login to a client portal that actually tracked disputes and changes in score. That transparency gave me peace of mind even though the results were slow. Not bad if you like seeing things in writing.

I didn’t get results with Rapido but i also had a pretty messy report. Multiple charge-offs, collections, and an old repo. They tried but maybe my case was too far gone.

Yes they got some stuff removed, but also sent a bunch of disputes to all 3 bureaus at once without telling me. That can actually trigger verification flags. Be careful if you're trying to apply for credit soon.

Rapido’s customer service is better than Lexington Law’s, i’ll give them that. You actually talk to a person not a bot. But it’s still credit repair....slow process no guarantees.
