Anyone with Credit Repair Squad?

I’ve been looking into some credit repair services and came across Credit Repair Squad. Their website makes it sound pretty solid transparent pricing, no upfront fees, and they claim to have helped a lot of people clean up their reports.
But you know how it is... it’s hard to tell what’s real and what’s just polished marketing. Has anyone here actually worked with them? Would love to hear your experience good or bad
 
I used them last year they managed to get a couple of medical collections taken off my report which gave my score a boost of around 40 points. It’s not a miracle fix but it’s definitely legit
 
Transparent pricing often translates to hidden fees buried in the fine print. I’d go over that fine print at least three times before handing over a single cent
 
I worked with them for a short time but quit after two months. It felt like they weren’t doing anything i couldn’t handle on my own by writing dispute letters
 
If you’re even a little tech-savvy you can handle credit repair on your own for free. No need to pay someone to do something as simple as mailing a letter

Dude, I totally forgot I even signed up. A month later I get this email saying 'progress made!' and I’m thinking what? Turns out they removed one inquiry the one I added myself
 
I didn’t use them personally but my cousin did. She said they were decent not a game changer. They corrected a few errors but her score only improved by about 30 points
 
Used them last year when I was trying to bounce back from a stupid store card that went to collections. They didn’t charge upfront, which I liked, and they actually got two things removed in like 2 months. Not magic but definitely progress.
 
I used Credit Repair Squad in 2022. They helped me get a few late payments challenged but they couldn’t do anything about my charged-off Amex. Customer service was solid, though not some offshore script reader.
 
Credit repair companies are legally restricted from charging fees before they perform services (Credit Repair Organizations Act). So no upfront fee is a requirement, not a perk. Watch out for those who spin laws into marketing.
 
OMG yes!! I worked with them like 6 months ago and they’re LEGIT. Got 4 collections removed and my score jumped 82 points. Still not perfect but I’m on my way to pre-approval
 
Lexington was way more expensive for me. They also roped me into some monthly monitoring i didn’t ask for. Credit Repair Squad was less pushy.
 
I've tried 3 repair services and my score is still garbage. Unless you have literal errors, they’re mostly just sending canned dispute letters
