Credit Unlimited Phone Number

Trying to get in touch with Credit Unlimited (the credit repair/monitoring company), but I’m having a hard time finding a solid contact number. I’ve checked their website and tried a couple numbers I found online, but either they go straight to voicemail or don’t work at all.

Has anyone here recently spoken to someone at Credit Unlimited or knows the best way to reach their support or customer service? I have a couple of questions about my account and possibly updating my subscription info, but I’m stuck at this point

I had the same issue last week. The number listed on their site just rang endlessly. I finally got a reply via their support email… 3 days later

I've been using Lexington Law. Not perfect but at least they pick up the phone.

I signed up 4 months ago. Their dashboard's clunky their alerts come late, and now i can’t even contact them?? Red flags everywhere.

Credit Unlimited helped me remove 3 collection accounts tho, so i’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hoping it’s just a system issue.

This is why i always screenshot T&Cs and save ALL customer service numbers in my notes app. Learned the hard way with a gym membership.

Try checking the BBB website. Sometimes they list alternate contact info that companies don’t post elsewhere.

Honestly y’all, disputing credit errors yourself via Experian/Equifax is free and not that hard. These services just do it for lazy people......no offense.

try logging into the portal and using the request call feature. It worked for me, eventually. You just have to click it like 5 times.

Same here. Lexington Law isn’t perfect but at least they respond. Credit Unlimited’s support is like Bigfoot rumored but never seen.
