Who worked at Credit Glory? What's the Job Like?

I recently came across a few job listings for Credit Glory, and I’m wondering if anyone here has worked for them or knows someone who has. They seem to be in the credit repair space, and from what I can tell they’re growing pretty fast.

The roles I saw were mostly in customer service and dispute processing, and the pay looks decent. But before I apply, I’m trying to get a better sense of what it’s really like to work there. You know beyond the polished job description.

If you’ve worked there or currently do, I’d love to hear:
  • What’s the work environment like?
  • Is it remote or in-office (or hybrid)?
  • Do they offer training, or do you need prior experience in credit repair?

I worked at Credit Glory for about a year. It’s remote which is awesome but it comes with a lot of structure. You’re expected to hit targets, especially in dispute processing. They do train you, but it's fast-paced and a bit sink-or-swim at times. Not bad overall though especially if you're organized.

Yup i was in the customer support team. Honestly it felt like a glorified call center. They coach you on credit repair, but the scripting is heavy. You deal with a lot of frustrated clients. If you’ve worked at any BPO before it’s basically that but with more emails and less yelling.

I had a decent time! They gave me a chance when i had zero credit repair experience. You go through a couple weeks of training then you’re on the floor. Pay was okay but performance bonuses helped a lot. Just be ready for repetitive tasks.

The growth looks good on paper but internal communication was when i worked there. Things would change weekly....sometimes daily. Remote life is cool but chaotic if leadership can’t keep it together. They might have improved since though.

Still work there! Dispute processor here. Remote, full time, decent benefits. The SOPs are very specific you can't freelance how you handle things. Great if you like routines and quiet solo work. Not so great if you need constant stimulation.

Yep pretty much 95% remote. I’m in Florida my manager is in Texas and the rest of my team is scattered. Slack and Zoom run the show. Not a bad setup unless you hate Slack notifications

The training was decent when I joined mid 2023. They had video modules + live sessions. But it was a lot of info to absorb fast. Took me a solid month to stop second guessing every ticket i touched.

if you're easily overwhelmed by angry customers, the support role will eat you alive. Some people expect miracles. I had folks yell at me because a negative mark didn’t disappear overnight.

I came from a credit union background, so I thought this would be more…consultative? It’s not. You follow a script, escalate issues, and keep everything super documented. You don’t really get to flex your finance muscles here.

Worked there during their 2022 hiring spree. My TL was cool but upper management was always shifting priorities. Sometimes we’d build a whole workflow only to scrap it the next week. Felt like startup chaos with corporate oversight.

If you're looking to break into fintech this is a good starter job. Pay won’t make you rich but you’ll learn dispute logic, customer psychology, and remote ops. Just don’t stay too long if you want growth.

the scripts need better proofreading. I once answered the same customer question 3x because the template contradicted itself. Please QA your docs, people

Had a Master’s in Finance and this job didn’t really use it. You can do it with a GED + willingness to learn. If you want career development look elsewhere.

I worked at Credit Glory for about 6 months last year. It’s remote, which is great, but super metric-driven. You’ve gotta be quick with disputes and hit your daily numbers. Training was okay but i had to Google a lot early on. Definitely not a chill startup vibe more call center energy.

They provided some basic onboarding on credit bureaus and dispute types but honestly most of what i learned was trial by fire. Support is there, but it’s minimal. If you’re a self starter you’ll be fine.

The pay was fine for entry level more than some local gigs i’ve done. Just be prepared for repetitive work. Like disputes all day every day. If you’re not into repetition it’s probably not for you. But if you're organized and like lists? It’s a groove.

Been there 10 months. 100% remote. Flexiblehours depending on your team. Not glamorous work but steady. If you like working from your kitchen in pajamas with noise canceling headphones you’ll vibe.
